ASAP - After School At Pitton

After School At Pitton (ASAP)

ASAP runs Monday-Thursday after school from 3.15pm - 5.30pm, and Friday after school from 3.15pm - 4.15pm, using the classrooms and school hall.

There are 2 sessions available: 3.15pm - 4.15pm and 4.15pm - 5.30pm.  You can book into one session only, or into both sessions if required.  Bookings can be made on a regular or casual basis.

Booking forms are available to download below and are also available to pick up from the school office.  Please return any completed forms direct to ASAP.

Lower School pupils are collected from their classrooms at the end of the school day and taken to ASAP.  Middle and Upper School pupils are expected to go to ASAP on their own.  All pupils attending the second session only are collected from after-school activity clubs and taken to ASAP.

Parents are asked to use the front door to collect from ASAP.  If collecting another child from an activity club then please collect them first before collecting from ASAP.

Activities provided at ASAP emphasis developing personal and social skills, learning skills for life (e.g. friendships, resilience, teamwork) and sparking creativity and imagination.  We provide an area for homework, reading and spellings and can support children with this.

A snack is provided to all children who attend ASAP.  Snack is offered at 3.30pm to those attending the first session and 4.30pm to those attending the second session.  The snack is not expected to replace the evening meal.
