Second Hand Uniform

We have a great selection of second hand uniform which we offer in line with our approach to both sustainability and affordability for parents. This is available throughout the year, organized and sold through FOPS via a website (link below) and cost between £1-5. If you would like to order, please send a message through the website and the items will be bought into school.

Previous Events 

Friday 4th March

6-7pm

FOPS is excited to invite the children to Pitton School’s very own bedtime stories!! Pull on your cosiest pyjamas and join us for a bedtime story and hot chocolate to celebrate World Book Week! We need a couple of parent volunteers to read to each class. Please contact Emma Lewy to confirm your availability, or fill in the volunteer sheet that will go up in reception.

Wednesday 20th October: Black Cat Boogie from 6.00 – 7.00pm Good times, glitter, and goodies. A great way to celebrate the end of term! Suggested donation: £2. Let’s fundraise while having fun!

Thursday 4th November: Sponsored walk from 1.00 – 3.15pm A chance for the children to enjoy a walk across Clarendon Estate while raising money for school. 20% of the money raised will go towards a charity chosen by the children.

Friday 12th November: Charity cake sale, coffee morning and FOPS AGM from 8.45 to 10am The children will be invited to bring in their bakes for the cake sale and coffee morning. We will also host our AGM during this time for you to learn more about FOPS and share your own ideas.

Saturday 27th November: Christmas Fair and Auction from 2.00 – 4.00pm The annual Christmas Fair is back with a bang and all the normal festive fun. For auction suggestions or donations, please email friendsofpittonschool@gmail.com

Who we are and what we do

Friends of Pitton School is open to all the parents and guardians of children at Pitton School and members of staff, and villagers who get involved in raising money for extra amenities for this lovely school. We have fun thinking up new ideas to raise money. We have an active committee, which meets regularly in the Silver Plough - everyone is welcome at these meetings - and you don't have to commit to doing something - all new fundraising suggestions are welcome. If the idea of the committee fills you with dread, we love having people offering to help with activities and events rather than commit to meetings.

The FOPS Chair is Emma Lewy.

Pre loved School Uniform

FoPS hold an extensive amount of good quality second hand school uniform and over the coming weeks will be selling it after school at very favourable prices. However, if you are in need of an item of clothing and haven't been around when it's been out, please speak to a member of the FoPS committee. It's no trouble if you want to rummage!.
