2018 School Results Summary
The Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 results for 2018 are shown below. Please note when reading this data that our Year 6 class consisted of 15 pupils, although only 13 are included in the data, and our Year 2 class had 14 pupils in it. This therefore means that if one pupil did not reach the expected standard it would correspond to an 7.5% drop in the tables.

We are delighted that our standard in reading and writing is well above the Wiltshire and National results this year, and therefore our combined score is also above. Additionally our Grammar, Punctuation and Spelling (GPS) remains above the Wiltshire result as it has in previous years.

Early Years Outcomes for Good Level of Development (GLOD)
A Good Level of Development is defined as children working at the expected standard or exceeding the expected standard in the key areas of literacy, maths, physical development, communication and language and personal, social and emotional development.
In 2018, Pitton was just below both the Wiltshire and National average for our Early Years development.
