In the case of an out-of-hours emergency closure due to snow, flooding etc then we follow this procedure:

 

• The closure will be sent out on the school Twitter feed.
• The closure will be publicised on the school website.
• The pyramid phone contact system will be used.
• Spire FM will be informed.

 

If the closure takes place during school hours then the following procedure will be used:

 

• The closure will be sent out on the school Twitter feed.
• The closure will be publicised on the school website.
• Spire FM will be informed.
• Where possible, parents will be contacted via the details held in the school office.
